THE FERMENTATION PROCESS HAS STARTED!

Every day we harvest top-quality grapes in our vineyards. We are very happy with how the harvest process is going, and it is slowly coming to a close. That means, of course, that from time to time we have to taste the must – which we call “Sturm”, and the new wine, “Staubiger” in German.
