Before the vineyard slowly awakens again after the winter months, we apply nutrient-rich compost to the soil. This way, we provide a solid basis for the growth season, before it begins. Our compost consists of grape pomace, cow dung and straw, as well as tree and grapevine cuttings.
We only use natural compost. This is the basis for sustainable cultivation, which allows us to boost microorganisms and ensure vitality in our vineyards. It also strengthens the self-healing capacities of our vines: because only a healthy vine will yield top quality grapes.
